Start -------------------------------------Keep Right


On past the Museum, and over the bridge


Past the statue of Jimmie Guthrie, and up the wee hill to the right


Pass the walled gardens, and head on for the riverside


Over another wee bridge,keeping left along the riverside


At the road junction,go left over the bridge, then left again down the A7







Follow the A7 down past the High School, then turn left over the bridge


Across the Haugh to the road, and turn left again,heading for the Park Gates,
and it`s round again for another lap, to the finish, turn left over the last bridge
